OUR CLASSES & EQUIPMENT

At Grind Fitness, our classes combine structured strength training with high-energy mental fitness finishers, designed to challenge both body and mind. Each class is intentionally programmed to improve mobility, build lean muscle, boost cardiovascular endurance, and support active recovery.

We train with purpose using high-quality equipment including: Barbells, Free Weights, Kettle Bells, Plyo Boxes, Sled Push & Dumbells.
