Bootcamp blocks are held outdoors in Whistler village during Spring/Summer and indoors during Winter - locations will be announced during sign-up.

At Grind Whistler, every class is divided into two essential components: strength training and mental fitness. Each bootcamp block is meticulously crafted to enhance mobility, build lean muscle mass, boost cardio fitness, and facilitate recovery. The classes are TOUGH, stick with it!
